His business depends not only upon the generosity of others but also their level of engagement with this community. Very few stay involved for the long haul. Even staunch LE supporters will get bored of his content and of the exJW circle jerk in general. It’s always a cycle of people coming in and then out. His problem is that the people who stuck around dislike him by a huge margin, thus the fact he can’t shake this reputation of grifting and blowing the money of whatever tickles his fancy at the time. For this to be somewhat sustainable, he’s going to have to keep hitting the jackpot on every begging video. He did well but did not come close to getting the support back that he had in 2021. If I were him I’d recognise this as a bad sign that his grift indeed has limits.

No doubt, he will blame the universe as he is a victim of gravity or something like that.

After reading those emails, I am sure he throws a lot of shade at his wife for leaking info that ultimately doomed his business model. Unpopular opinion, but I think she needs to keep getting shit from him about how it’s all her fault. Some people evidently need it beat into them that their husband or ex is no good and they need to completely detach themselves from them and their lives. Having her name up there in the credits as a producer and him constantly bringing her name up places a target on her back, albeit indirectly. It also will eventually ensnare her children.

These children have no reason to be brought into this JW cult nonsense. It’s a common topic of conversation amongst kids what their parents do. “Fighting bad guys” is not a good answer.

Hmmm wonder what can be causing that.

He intentionally caused a panic among his supporters about him leaving and spoke glowingly about “saving lives”. Then he tweets about Star Wars and how Charles III looks “badass” with his royal scepter.

Guess it wasn’t as bad as he painted it to be. I lost a long time friend after she took me for a loan that I was uncomfortable giving, but I was told her heat would be turned off if the bill wasn’t paid. Then I see her on Facebook getting multiple tattoos and I felt played.

I imagine an ever growing number of his supporters are beginning to feel this way.

Look what this serial punter who equates criticism of sex tourism in Thailand with racism has to say about CSA?

So much to unravel here.. The government is "incompetent" and "just don't give a fuck" about the issue, but this asswipe of a human being takes people to a kangaroo court when someone mentions him as complicit in the industry of sex work in Thailand which is the epicentre of CSA abuses on the entire planet.

What a disgusting and ultimately irredeemable person. Complete hypocrite. All he cares about are the soundbites and the money he can crowdfund. He's the one who truly doesn't give a fuck about CSA. Not the government.

Why would anyone fear Lloyd anymore?

This is what happens when bullies are exposed. They cry the loudest about being bullied or wronged themselves, conveniently ignoring the trail of destruction they themselves have paved. Being feared was what created this artificial sense of empowerment and they whine like the little bitches they are when they lose their power and control.

He really wants out of exJW content because no one fears him and only a relatively small segment actually respects him anymore. His tweets are often ignored and he’s stuck regurgitating the same shit because no one wants to work with him anymore. It’s been brought up by him in his videos that he felt he couldn’t or shouldn’t do this when huge segments of the population disrespect him. But he’s stuck doing this for monetary reasons and he’s always going to be associated with prostitutes, frivolous lawsuits and a huge lack of credibility. He expected all this to disappear by now but it’s not. He even whined about it on his video about how all media opportunities for him are cancelled due to complaints. They don’t cancel him due to some crazed accusations. They actually looked at the evidence and didn’t want that asshole on their show.

Well well well, I'd say he's bleeding Patreons again.

2020 - 2021 Lloyd doesn’t exist anymore. This isn’t the same man who was on the Leah Remini show or made documentaries like the Bethel rescue one in Germany.

What is left is an embittered and older man going though a mid life crisis and separation from his wife who lost his retirement plan and is fighting tooth and nail to reestablish it.

The problem for him is that other activists like Wynne and Nilsen are actually on the front lines and doing the work in courtrooms, including the Norway case. 2021 Lloyd would have had Nilsen, Wynne, O’Donnell, Ortiz and Silvio on for a livestream about the Norway case that paid him handsomely for the work of others.

When or if he gets down the the business of another documentary style video, he’s reaching into his own replenished funds and thinking “Do I have to do this?”. If Nilsen would work with him, it would have been an easy task to go to Norway and make one about the entire case. But he’s persona non grata nearly everywhere.

He really doesn’t want to. He’d rather continue the status quo and just make rebuttal videos or answer voicemails, some of which may just be plants in order for him to talk about something he wants to talk about.

Even last year Jabba the Hutt would gain up to 10 patrons in between EOM drops. The fact they are still dropping makes a good case that he has exhausted his donation pool and manipulated many who weren’t inclined to donate into doing so because he threatened to leave.

It’s all on auto-correct now. Still too early for another begging video but that seems to be his get out of jail free card in his own mind. I doubt we’ll see anything huge out of him until he makes another one of those.

Sooner or later the critical thinking questions need to be asked: why is his support always fluctuating? As with their escape from WT doctrine, they need to question the methods of this clown who caught them on the way out for some more money.

In the UK, he has another problem. British courts require that plaintiffs pay a deposit to the court as "security for costs."

This is why the prospect of a man who is almost solely dependent upon donations suing people in other countries is the next level of dumbfuckery. He’s so deluded that he went to the nearest law firm in an impoverished area in southern Croatia thinking it would work solely because he’s so certain that it would.

When he announced his lawsuit a year ago he made the bold prediction that the case was such a slam dunk he couldn’t see why the court wouldn’t act, and quickly. We’re going on a year now. What a dipshit.

Even Meghan Markle doesn’t sue 7 random people in 4 different countries. Lawyers don’t work on contingencies, especially when the likelihood of winning and actually collecting damages is so low. The money is due up front and we’re talking tens of thousands of dollars/euros and that is just to get started. He doesn’t have the money to attempt any serious litigation.

It’s a safe bet he’s already written Novosel a few “Dijana style” emails complaining about the slowness of the case and asking why this or that hasn’t happened yet.

“Mr Novosel, so you are admitting that your law firm could be moving faster on this case. I’ve apologised for my late payment but your firm has been criminally negligent in pursuing this case per my express instructions. I’m afraid I am going to have to report you to the Southern Croatia Legal Assocition for fraud and dereliction of duties. I’m also CCing Ricky Gervais.”

Thank you! This is in line with what many here have been saying for months. Lloyd is continually gaslighting the community over this with accusations of criminal activity towards the M7 and others. Honestly he’d have been better off just keeping to the vague “defamation” term he’s been floating about. There’s going to be nothing vague about this case when it is thrown out. It’ll be interesting to see how he pivots from a dismissed lawsuit.

It will require lawyers (and payment of lawyer fees) in every country where a defendant resides, as well as a thorough analysis of treaties that may exist between the countries governing the exercise of jurisdiction by Croatian courts in the other countries as well as an analysis of the relevant laws in of each of the countries where a defendant resides.

This really drills down deep into what is the meat of the issue. If he were serious about this lawsuit and the “defamation” he’d retain counsel in the relevant countries. The easiest place for him to do so would be the UK due to his citizenship and the libel laws there. But the problem for him is that the two UK “defendants” are the Lathams, who have done little more than comment on information either handed to them or commented on by Lloyd himself. Since he did not specify the charges as promised, I would have to speculate that he felt Marc defamed him by handing the Marko file over to the police and making a video informing the public what he just did. Lloyd had even tweeted that if someone had information relating to CSA, they were obligated to inform the police.

Now imagine a bleached blonde Lloyd in a UK courtroom with Marc trying to explain how he defamed him. It’s absolutely insane.

Suing 7 non-Croatian citizen/residents in what amounts to the butthole of Croatia in Sisak is akin to asking the sheriff from the Dukes of Hazzard to serve Putin with an arrest warrant.

This “private prosecutor” provision is a leftover from the Yugoslav wars. It was a way for people who had their property damaged or even stolen during the war to sue the perpetrators and rectify the situation. Usually local disputes involving people who were too small potatoes to ship off to The Hague for criminal trials.

He’s abusing this provision in order to get back at people who made derogatory comments toward him on the internet.

What lawsuit? There isn't one AFAIK ..

There is something filed with the Sisak court. I use the term “lawsuit” loosely because this provision they have there for people being able to “criminally prosecute” people is probably often abused. The courts there in Sisak probably have to deal with these suits from time to time from spiteful neighbours complaining about noisy dogs or if someone ran over their chicken and refused to compensate them.

Those people have a better case than Lloyd Evans.

To put it in better terms, what he did is the equivalent of making a call to the police and having them take down a report. There is a point where they ask you if you want to “press charges” and you say yes.

Let me try this out right now, hold on….

I’m back. Lloyd, I’ve just gotten off the phone with the police. For making threatening comments about coming after people for 40 years and hunting them down, according to Officer Broussard at the Burlington Vermont Police Department they would like to have a word with you. Please contact him as you are now a suspect in a criminal investigation.

Officer Broussard also informed me that the phone is not a toy and I probably need to stay off social media if he’s bothering me that much.

The good news is that, even with the latest begging boost, he is still below the 2021 pre-earthquake level.

And a good majority of these new donors are likely of the $1 and $5 tiers. He specified that he needed the number of Patrons to increase to a certain number but didn’t give a cash amount that he needed to hit. Many new donors were saying they couldn’t afford it but grudgingly joined the lowest tier.

The bad news is that attrition at this rate is likely to drag on for years.

To keep himself in the game he is going to have to constantly be on his game and try to drum up support between end of month drops. That means he’s going to have to say and do things he really doesn’t want to do.

What killed him last year was the amount of new people he pulled in was far fewer than the EOM drops. This is why he is seeking to end the chatter about him once and for all. He found out in the last few weeks that opposition to him has tightened and many are determined to get the word out about him. What he doesn’t want are his detractors to be emboldened by huge drops like what happened a few days ago.

So in effect we have a reset to where he was about this time last year. He still has an image and reputation problem that will feed the EOM drops.

There is also the lawsuit, which in the short term was his way of scaring people into silence but in the longer term doesn’t bode well for him when it does fail.

He can't resist trying to have his say and control the discussion, even though publicly he pretends he's blocking and ignoring people.

He unblocked and responded to one of CSA survivor Sarah Davies’s threads on Twitter. He had outted Sarah as a CSA victim against her will and plastered her pic with him at IICSA all over his social media a couple years ago.

He has an odd obsession with Sarah and it’s not the first time he unblocked her to make a comment. Last year he unblocked her just to tell her to stop the “bullying” and then accused her of libel.

Sarah’s thread he just responded to referred to a data privacy law in the UK that makes it illegal to out such a victim as her without written consent. That he could have only found this comment by using a burner and intentionally seeking out Sarah is what makes this extraordinarily creepy. Lloyd of course heard details of her sexual abuse at IICSA, and had her on his channel for an interview which Sarah later demanded he take down.

One is left to wonder if he was/is getting off on hearing details about her abuse, which is the same thing Jennifer Torres wondered about when Lloyd interviewed her daughter about her abuse for the TTATT documentary.

Per his own admission he is a hyper sexualised person and can’t control his penis or other emotions. I’m going to say that he was indeed getting off on hearing these stories about sex abuse and was probably a bit sore he did not get to hear such tales as an elder.

Lloyd - was that libel?
